I almost didn't post tonight because I ran to and from the gym and did a horrible Annie. But for the sake of everyone who picks on me for not posting...HERE you have it!!!

Also it was a nice run, equaled out to being a little over a 5k but since it wasn't consistent I wont post any times for it.
