Pull Ups and Burpees YUCK


Instead of doing yesterdays pull up WOD on the main site I did the Pull Up burpee workout on the One World page.

Perform 100 pull-ups for time. The catch: Every time you let go of the bar, you must do 10 burpees. Post time and number of burpees to comments.

My time was 00:16:36 and I did 70 burpees.

I also did Annie as a cool down and 100 squats for shits and giggles.

I really hate burpees so you best believe I hung onto that bar. My hands are on fire. OUCHIES. It was funny, my plan was to do 50 pull ups then 10 burpees and then break it up into 2 sets of 25...but it didn't work out that way... oh well.

Twins!!! I miss you. EVIL Come back, BIONIC..sniff sniff....
