Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

I completed 12 rounds and 3 pull ups.

Chris and I did this WOD at Lake Elizabeth in the rain, so the bars were kinda slippery...and I am weak...hahahaha.



In the pic is my baby Chris and the former best basset hound in the world, Buddy. Rest in heaven little freedom fighter.

And below is my munchkin Tuffy, I swear, the lengths this dog goes for me!!
