Well...


I didn't make it to crossfit again today due to the blister but I will definately make it tomorrow. The healing has progressed and it is looking and feeling good. I'll just have to tape it before I do those damn pull ups. They will still hurt like a SOB! A long term goal of mine is to run more often and do crossfit as well. That way I am prepared to help coach the 2008 cross country team at American high School and do well at the 2009 Crossfit Games. Oh my gosh....commitment!!!


Today,

Ran two wind sprints up the twin hill at Garin Park.


Goal for the day,

Drink nearly a gallon of water to get and stay hydrated.
