Today was a wonderful day of name calling. Cheryl is IronWoman, Maria is Bionic, Mary is BicentennialLady, and I was dubbed Fembot.

Aside from being robots Joe D. put us through a nice little Clean WOD starting us off with an assembly line warm up then going through the steps of a nice clean. Cheryl was ready to kill him when he made us hold that squatting position at the bottom. Let me tell you, I would have held him down while she crushed him! Maria and the evil twin finally did their time trials! Good job girls! Way to go on those pull ups Mary!
The rest of us had 10 minutes of,
10 cleans with a medicine ball
10 Push-ups
200m run
I was able to complete 5 rounds. Chris's crazy brother, David, was way ahead of everyone and ate that WOD alive!
Goal for the week,
Practice double unders, handstands, and finish my DragonLance Book.

okay, cheryl is ironwoman, i'm bionic, evil twin is bicentennial lady....what does that make lil chris? guess we mothers have to come up with a good name for him. you're excluded!
