Today was my rest day as well as a big BBQ. I had a whole bunch of friends and family over for some good grub. We had everything from kaluha pork to carne asada. So GOOOOOOOOD. I'll be back into gear tomorrow to burn off all this delicious eats. We had some live hawaiian music and let me tell you, they were screamin and had everyone balling with a good time. I swear, some white people dont know how to party!!!!!
I just hope I wake up in the morning to get to crossfit. Mmmmmmmmmm....crossfit!
