I did the first crossfit WOD with some difficulty and realized that I really need to get some upperbody strength. Yikes!!! And after being completely wiped from WOD number one Maria and her cohort pressured me into WOD number two, the .com workout. However, I was unable to do the L Pull-ups, and my handstands push-ups were horrible, but hey, I'm just starting and I went for it YAY, and I got more blisters to show for my hard work (they all went POP,mmmmm).


After all that I met up with my love muffin Chris and we went to Lake Elizabeth with Buddy and just enjoyed a relaxing afternoon! Good deal!
