So...


I didn't go to Crossfit today because my blister feels crumy and my muscles are all dweeby from the double WOD yesterday. I'm just hoping its all a little better by tomorrow so it wont conflict with my Fran time, but chances of it being painful are high, lets just hope I have a mad adrenaline rush so I wont feel it. Anyways, today I tried everything except lemon juice to dry out my popped blister, for example hydrogen peroxide...salt water....salt crystals....mmmmm felt oh so good rubbing salt crystals into my exposed dermis.
Goal for the day,
Make blister feel gooood (or baaaaad???)
